Boil 1 cup heavy cream
Remove from heat and add
1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons bourbon
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.  Chill 30 minutes.
Roll chocolate balls in 1 cup chopped pecans.  Store chilled.
