5 minutes to chocolate cake
World’s Most Dangerous Cake Recipe**
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
Makes 1 serving
4 Tbls cake flour or plain flour (NOT self-rising)
4 Tbls sugar
2 Tbls baking cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbls milk
3 Tbls oil
3 Tbls chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla
1 coffee mug
ADD dry ingredients to mug
MIX well
ADD the egg
MIX some more
POUR in the milk and oil
MIX well
ADD the chocolate chips (if desired) and vanilla
MIX again
PUT your mug in the microwave
COOK for three (3) minutes at 1000 watts
(The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!)
Allow to COOL a little, and
TIP out onto a plate if desired.
(This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
