4 avocados – soft and ripe (cut up into small pieces) 1 medium/small onion-diced 2 roma tomatoes, diced and seeded 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (up to 3) serrano chile, seeded and diced (1=”white, Iowa” version) Juice of 1 lime Cilantro (lots!) Sale & pepper to taste mix and let rest before serving
