I got an advance reading copy of this while I was at ALA. I got a lot of other books, but this is the one I started with. This book is marked for ages 10-14, but as a adult, I loved it. The narrator is Squirrel, a stray dog who survives using intelligence and friendship. [...]

IM in a library

I love instant messenger. I would love to use it at work, but so far that isn’t possible. After I saw this report https://www.nascio.org/nascioCommittees/privacy/instantMessagingBrief.pdf on privacy issues, I am not as excited about using it in a library setting.
