This meets my criteria for an excellent party dip–it’s cheap and easy. Combine: 1 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise (no substitutes) 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 clove finely shopped garlic Bake uncovered at 350 for about 25 minutes or until heated through.
