1 pound of cooked ham, trimmed of fat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 small sliced onion 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup white vinegar 1/8 t pepper Combine and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. This keeps for several days if I’m not around.
